Hourly billing rewards slow work. We agree a target with you before work starts, such as hours saved per week on RFQ handling or time to first call on new leads, and set a fixed project fee against it. The fee does not change if the build takes longer.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Running the agents and pipelines we build: monitoring, testing, model and prompt updates, fixes as your process changes, and a monthly report on what the systems did.
What is shadow mode?
A new agent first runs alongside the people who do the work today. We compare its output with theirs, and it only takes over once it matches them on your data.
