What does an AI automation consultant do?
We find the tasks your team repeats every day, such as RFQs, drawing checks, SOP lookups and lead follow-up, change the workflow around them, then build and run the AI agents and data pipelines that do the work. We do not build consumer apps.
Do you work with traditional, non-tech businesses?
Yes. Most of our work is with manufacturers, real estate developers and pharma companies, where quotes, forecasts and follow-ups still run on spreadsheets, email and phone calls.
How is Genovous priced?
We do not bill by the hour. You pay a fixed project fee, agreed before work starts and sized to the savings or revenue we agree to target, then a monthly fee to run and maintain what we built.
